### Payment Policy:

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please refer to the schedule below for payment details.

### Entire Agreement:

This agreement represents the complete understanding between DM Photography and the CLIENT, superseding all prior agreements. Changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties. Waiving any provision does not affect the remaining terms, and any agreements made prior to signing must be noted in the original contract.

### Services Reservation:

A complete booking is required to secure the date and time for photographic coverage.

### Style Specifications:

The CLIENT is responsible for specifying the desired style of photography. DM Photography will use professional expertise to aim for the agreed style; however, results may vary, as photography is inherently subjective. Good communication, including a written timeline, is crucial for achieving the best results. The CLIENT must allow sufficient time for all necessary shots, including posed group photos, and must assign a helper to assist DM Photography during these sessions.

### Shooting Time and Additions:

The photography schedule is agreed upon by both the CLIENT and DM Photography to meet the CLIENT’s goals and preferences. Punctuality is essential, and shooting will commence at the scheduled time. While additional time may be possible, CLIENTs should not rely on it, and any additional services come at an extra cost.

### House Rules:

DM Photography will adhere to any venue or officiant guidelines. The CLIENT is responsible for communicating these rules in advance. Any technical limitations due to these rules may affect image quality or composition, and negotiating with officials is the CLIENT's responsibility. DM Photography will provide technical advice when possible.

### Copyright:

All photographs produced by DM Photography are protected by English Copyright Law. Reproduction is prohibited without DM Photography's written consent. Upon full payment and upon delivery of images, limited copyright releases will be provided per the terms agreed upon. A signed copyright release will be included with the digital image files.

### Exhibition Rights:

The CLIENT permits DM Photography to display selected images as examples of its work and for entry into competitions or publications. The CLIENT waives any claims to profits from these uses. Should any image be objectionable to the CLIENT, DM Photography will cease its usage as soon as practical.

### Model Release:

The CLIENT grants DM Photography the unconditional right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT and attendees for various purposes. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to inform attendees about the photography taking place.

### Weather and Delays:

Photography will proceed as planned, weather permitting. In inclement weather, DM Photography will work with the client to adjust the schedule as needed.

### The Schedule:

Punctuality and cooperation are vital to capturing wedding photos. Should the event run late, DM Photography will do its best to accommodate but can’t guarantee all requested photos.

### Loss or Damage of Equipment:

DM Photography's equipment loss or damage due to its own fault is covered by insurance. Damage caused by a guest will be the responsibility of that individual or the child's guardian, and the CLIENT must communicate this responsibility to guests.

### Requested Photographs:

DM Photography will make efforts to honor specific requests, time, and weather permitting.

### Cooperation:

The CLIENT and DM Photography agree to work cooperatively to achieve the best results. The CLIENT should provide a helper to identify key individuals.

### Limit of Liability:

If DM Photography cannot fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, efforts will be made to secure a replacement photographer. Liability is limited to refunding payments received. In case of lost or destroyed photographs, DM Photography’s liability is limited to return of all payments.

### Cancellation Policy:

If the CLIENT cancels the wedding/event or DM Photography services, a cancellation fee of £250 will apply, not including the deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. Payment is due on the first day of the month prior to the wedding (e.g., for a May wedding, payment is due on April 1st).

### Pre-Wedding Meetings and Shoots:

Pre-wedding meetings will occur at a venue selected by DM Photography and must take place on a weekday during the daytime.

### Amendments to the Terms and Conditions:

DM Photography reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time during the booking process.
