I'm Dan, and I've been photographing weddings across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, and Sussex since 2010. Nearly 1,200 couples have trusted me to capture their day - and I still get excited every single time.

HOW I GOT HERE

It started with my kids. I'd take photos of them constantly, then my wife, then suddenly I had a camera in my hand more than I didn't. We were living in a flat, needed a house, and I thought - maybe I can turn this into something.

Wedding photography wasn't the plan. Honestly, I thought it was all awkward group shots and cheesy poses. But then a friend asked me to photograph their wedding, and everything shifted.

Watching two people promise their lives to each other, surrounded by everyone they love? That's powerful. Being trusted to capture those fleeting moments - the nervous glances, the tears during vows, the pure joy on the dance floor - that became my obsession.

What started as a side hustle to help buy a house turned into 1,200 weddings and a career I genuinely love.

Fifteen years later, I'm still that person who gets emotional during father-daughter dances.
