What happens after I have received my confirmation email?

Once you have filled out the booking form your date is secure and exclusive.  Please print the agreement form, complete it and return it to us as soon as possible. In the meantime, enjoy planning your day. We will be in touch to plan your pre-wedding meeting around 2-3 months before your big day.

Do I need to supply a photo-list?

Yes. We ask for a full plan of your day with running order and photographs required! We don’t need to know the core photos, but if there is something you want to create that is unique to your wedding day please write these down. A template is attached to your confirmation email for you to use.

Do we need to provide food?

Providing food for the photography team is not compulsory but we ask you to consider providing us with a hot meal during the wedding breakfast. We want to be able to concentrate on your day and don’t want to worry about going off site to get some food - we might miss something!

What happens if it rains?

If, on the day of your wedding, it rains we will change the plans accordingly. Either by waiting for the rain to pass or taking photos inside. We bring lighting equipment with us.

How long will it be before I receive my photos?

The editing process can take between 8&12 weeks depending on the season. We promise it will be worth the wait!
