What did you like best about working with DM Photography?: I loved that Dan and Cammy basically ensured that the day ran smoothly. They took control of everything so that we didn't have to worry about anything. The weather wasn't ideal but nonetheless Dan and Cammy didn't stop that from taking opportunities to produce the most fantastic photos. I have received many compliments from guests at the wedding about how amazing and professional they were on the day. Thank you so much!

Venues and Date : The Barn at Bury Court, Bentley - 2nd April 2018

What was your favorite part of your wedding?: Every second of the day was memorable and perfect, It's impossible to choose a favorite part!

What made you choose your wedding venue and how did you come to the decision?: The venue was an easy choice. When we first visited the venue it had that ‘Wow Factor’ we were after. The open beams, amazing use of lighting, original features and brickwork really gave the venue a genuine rustic feel. The fact we could put our own stamp on the décor and do as much or as little as we wanted really helped with the decision. The team at the Barn offered so much help and support as well and played a massive part in our day being as perfect as it could have been! It really was a dream venue!

What made you choose your details and styling for your wedding at and how did you get inspiration for this?: We wanted our décor and styling to fit into the barn setting. Rustic, homemade decorations played a big part in this – We spent months cutting beer & wine bottles and wrapping them in twine to make the centre pieces, and used apple crates, candles and lanterns to great effect. With a little help from Pinterest we created some amazing displays, and are particularly proud of the table plan!

Who were your other suppliers and vendors.: Jacaranda were our caterers and provided amazing food with outstanding service! We had Duck as a main, a bit of a risky choice, but it went down so well with fantastic comments from everybody! http://jacarandacatering.com/ The flowers were created and supplied by Longacres in Bagshot. It’s hard to imagine how the flowers are going to turn out during the planning but they exceeded our expectations in every way! https://www.longacres.co.uk DJ Chimpy provided the music in the evening and done a great job at keeping everyone on the dancefloor! http://www.djchimpy.co.uk/ Finally, one of the best bands you’ll ever witness, with one of the best names in showbiz, the Charley Farley Sunday Four provided us with a great evening’s entertainment! All our guests loved their special renditions of Britney’s ‘Opps, I did it again’ and ‘Toxic’, James ‘Sit Down’, and Rhianna’s ‘Umbrella’. Amazing! http://www.cfs4.com/ Special mentions to Richard Thorne Classic Cars for supplying the Morgan we got to play in for the whole weekend before using it to drive to the venue http://rtcc.co.uk/, Wedding Frox in Cranleigh made the gorgeous wedding dress http://www.weddingfrox.co.uk/ , John Goodridge in Farnham for supplying the Groomsparty suits http://johngoodridge.co.uk/, Make-up by Lisa Burns Professional Makeup https://www.facebook.com/LisaBurnsProfessionalMakeUpArtist, Hair by Holly Bell and Wedding Bands made and supplied by Richard Herold Jewellers in Farnham.

What did you like best about working with DM Photography?: We first heard of DM Photography after seeing some of their unique photos via Facebook. We both were drawn to the amazing ‘arty’ shots of couples standing in the rain, with use of back lighting! After meeting a few different photographers including Dan, it was Dan who made us feel most at ease, plus the photos he showed us in the first meeting seemed far superior to those shown to us by others! Regular contact after booking, especially as the wedding date got nearer, confirmed that we had made the right choice in booking DM Photography. In the few meetings in the weeks prior to the wedding, including a sunset practice shoot, we put together a plan for the big day and were taught how to look good and comfortable in front of a camera. On the day, not only did Dan & Cam take some of the best photos I’ve ever seen at a wedding, but they also provided us with hint’s, tip’s and advice on other parts of our wedding without being imposing with it! These bits of advice, some things you wouldn’t even think about until the wedding day, were invaluable. The personal nature of both Dan and Cam was ultimately the deciding factor. We had some great feedback from our guests at the wedding on the service Dan & Cam provided. They mingled and took part in our day which is what we wanted, and provided photos that exceeded our expectations that will stay in our lives forever! Thank you so much! Lee & Julie
